“With the wind blowing it’s a difficult place to play and the players here have learned how to handle it,” he said.
“You’ve got to get the ball in the right areas and use diagonals.
“When we turned around they didn’t always adapt to it and a lot of balls tended to run through to Laurie Walker.”
