Rail lines reopen around Rugby after person hit by train – but delays are still expected

The emergency services have completed their work but trains may still be delayed by up to 60 minutes, cancelled or revised while service recovers.

Disruption is expected until 3pm and is affecting Avanti Coast and London Northwestern Railway services.

National Rail said services may also be delayed by a vehicle colliding with a bridge in the Northampton area.
